Requesting Data

The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (MGDPA), found in Chapter 13 of Minnesota Statutes, governs how government data is collected, created and maintained by government entities. 

Stillwater Township has adopted the Stillwater Township Data Practices Policy to guide Township staff in managing Township data and responding to data requests.

To submit a data request under the MGDPA, please use the appropriate form below:

1. Data Practices Request: Most requests use this form to request Township data. See Policy for more information. 
2. Request Not Public Data: Use this form to request private or not public data. See Policy for more information.
