The Stillwater Township Community Service Department serves the citizens of the township.  Besides the usual zoning & other
enforcement issues, the Community Service Officer is the main contact source for township questions and complaints, performs
vacation house checks, issues burning permits and peddler permits, and is the Animal Control officer.  Your township Community
Service Department is committed to providing residents with needed resources and information.  Our desire is to make Stillwater
Township the best place in the St. Croix Valley to live and work.  Contact Community Service Officer, Mark Caroon by phone
at 651-706-4102 or by email at mark.caroon@stillwatertownshipmn.gov with any questions or concerns.

If you need a Police Response or Emergency Services, please call 911 or the non-emergency number, 651-439-9381.

The Community Service Officer, Mark Caroon, is supported by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
