What is a Special Assessment Search?
A special assessment search provides written documentation of all outstanding special assessments on a property within Stillwater Township, including pending assessments (approved but not yet due) and levied assessments (due and payable).

What This Search Includes
The search only includes results for Township assessments for property assessments, ordinance enforcement, and other municipal improvements with details on amounts, payment status, and balances due.

This search does NOT include: Washington County, school district, watershed district, or other taxing jurisdiction assessments. You must contact these jurisdictions separately for complete information.

Search Options & Pricing 
Standard Search ($10): Written report of all township assessments (unofficial copy for informational purposes). This report can be emailed to the requester.
Certified Search ($15): Standard search plus Town Clerk's signature and official seal (official document for legal/closing/title purposes). Must be mailed.

How to Request a Search
Step 1: Complete the form below and select search type
Step 2: Mail completed form with payment to: 13636 90th Street North, Stillwater, MN 55082. Include PID in check memo line. Payment accepted: check, money order, or cash (exact amount). *No credit cards.*
Step 3: Receive results in 3-5 business days via your preferred method
Note: Payment required before processing begins. Clerk may waive this requirement and their discretion.
